Chocolate is loved by more or less everyone. But everyone likes to eat one type of chocolate. Some like sweet chocolate and some bitter. All chocolate is made from cocoa beans. So why does chocolate taste so different? And why their nutritional quality is different? Let’s know which chocolate is good for health-

Since the origin of chocolate in Central America in 2000 BC, many studies are going on. The taste of chocolate has also been changed by mixing more or less of an ingredient.

The name of the chocolate is also different according to the taste and color. The chocolate that tastes bitter is dark. Dark chocolate is mixed with cocoa butter, cocoa powder, and a small amount of sugar. Other flavors, including vanilla, are added to keep the chocolate from becoming too bitter.

However, cocoa powder increases certain blood components in children. Doctors advise not to eat dark chocolate in the case of those suffering from nerve problems or hyperactive children.

Two types of chocolate are made from milk, milk chocolate, and white chocolate.

However, these two types of chocolate differ in terms of taste and color. Cocoa beans are similar in color to milk chocolate. Milk chocolate is made by mixing sugar, cocoa butter, and cocoa powder with milk.

On the other hand, white chocolate is made with milk, sugar, and cocoa butter. The color of this chocolate is white because it does not contain cocoa powder. Hence it is also named white chocolate.

Nowadays milk powder is used instead of condensed milk to reduce water content during the preparation of milk chocolate.

Dark chocolate contains 35 percent cocoa. Milk chocolate contains 10 percent cocoa. So the taste of milk chocolate and dark chocolate is vastly different.
